# Settlements

> Jaza collects Mobile Money and settles to you — you do not manage multi-currency aggregator ops.

When users top up, Jaza:

1. Collects local currency via Mobile Money (and card where enabled).
2. Credits the user’s wallet in **credits**.
3. Settles value to you through merchant settlement flows in the dashboard (USD-oriented balances and payouts).

## What you do not do

* Open or operate a PawaPay (or similar) merchant account for collection.
* Maintain per-country FX tables for MoMo deposits.
* Build a second ledger for currency conversion.

## What you do

* Enable markets, features, and bundles in the dashboard.
* Integrate `@jazadev/node` + `@jazadev/react-native`.
* Use dashboard analytics and payouts for business reporting.

## Sandbox vs live

Operational data (wallets, top-ups, consumption, settlement wallets) is isolated by environment. Use test keys until flows look right, then switch to live.
